Got clean room with a jacuzzi as expected, greatly enjoyed it. The location was excellent and comfortable, just off downtown, easton, and Columbus. Had tea and goodies at Cafe Zupas, nestled 1 mi of the hotel.

Thank you for a good stay. It's a great hotel in Columbus. The setting is good and favourable, right by Columbus as well as easton. Again, it's 2 miles from Aladdin Shrine Center. The staff are helpful, they keep the place fairly clean. There is a wide range of fantastic food for breakfast.

The stay here was really great, appreciated the hotel, it was clean with great and particularly good location close to downtown and easton and Columbus. The staff were amicable and helpful and had a sense of humour. The restaurant had hot food.
The staff were unbelievably rude, didn't expect that coming.

The room was new and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and pillows. The shower was powerful and refreshing. The hotel’s location was great, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It was easy to get around and explore the city.
The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. There was no breakfast included, despite the website stating otherwise, and the buffet was overpriced.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very spacious and clean. Despite running at full capacity during our trip, the hotel staff did an impressive job keeping up with tasks and maintaining high service quality. We were pleased that the hotel was able to efficiently remove the snow during the weekend we were there. Additionally, the facilities were modern and new, which added to the overall pleasant experience.
